While we conduct background checks and verify credentials, ultimate hiring or acceptance decisions remain with the client. We are not liable for damages resulting from actions of independently contracted personnel, except where required by law.

  1. Fees and Payment Terms
  • Service fees, billing cycles, and payment methods will be outlined in your service or staffing agreement.
  • Payments are due according to the terms specified in your invoice or contract.
  • Late payments may result in suspension of services and/or applicable late fees.
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Minasville Healthcare Services reserves the right to:

  • Terminate services immediately for non-payment, abuse, or safety concerns.
